1. COVID - 19 PCR test within 96 hours of arrival in Belize OR a rapid antigen test within 48 hours of travel. These tests can be performed in the states at any CVS, Walgreens, Wal Mart, pharmacies, or with your local physician for International Travel. (Vaccinations and boosters are recommended but not required. If you are vaccinated, please have proof of vaccination) OR BZE Airport offers Rapid Antigen tests in country available $50 US per person

2. PURCHASE TRIP INSURANCE - Traveling Internationally in a pandemic can bring forth additional worries that we didn't think about just a few years ago. Although it is not required, it is highly recommended. Many Trip Insurance Companies provide you the peace of mind if someone in your party tests positive with COVID-19 prior to travel, During travel, trip interruption due to airline issues, medical coverage, baggage delay and so much more! Effective February 15, 2022 Belize will require all travelers to purchase travel coverage in the amount of $18 usd per traveler (21 days of coverage) This coverage will cover expenses in the event that a traveler contracts COVID-19 after they have arrived in country. Upon returning to the states Lighthouse Beach Villas schedules your Return COVID Test (required by the airlines and US government) is taken on-site 24 hours before departure. Caring Hands Testing Center will provide you with a printed test result for travel. Getting home is a breeze!

We will schedule your return COVID test with Caring Hands Testing Centers on property one day before your return to the US (to follow new US International Guidelines for Entry). $75 usd per person, Caring Hands will provide you with a printed COVID results so you can safely travel back to the states with confidence.
