We have a semi-private beach directly adjacent to the hotel. Since Lighthouse Beach Villas is a short distance from San Pedro itself, we avoid all the crowds and tourists and have a much more peaceful beach experience.

Beach Villa Amenities
Our luxury beach villas are all 1,800 sq. ft. With full kitchens, dining rooms, and ample living rooms, you'll have more than enough space to spread out and enjoy yourself in total privacy.
Spacious Rooms
The hotel room decks are so big, most have a sofa and chair or a table and chairs on them. You can easily have your coffee, play cards, relax, and read a book all on your private veranda.
Huge Outdoor Decks
All rooms have an ocean facing ocean view. Not a side view or a view of the Ocean to the side of another building. The beachfront units are steps from the ocean no obstructions to their view. The 2 bedroom units view the pool, lighthouse and ARE front facing to the Ocean. We have no garden views. Only Ocean, Ocean, Ocean.
Ocean Views
Our internet speed averages 50mb. That's the second fastest of any hotel on Ambergris Caye. Rooms do not share internet so speed is never an issue. The internet at the Bar is same speed but shared by all. One could easily work from the villa... but who would want to!
High Speed Internet
We are in a neighborhood, one building away from the south police station. At night a guard sits on the road and notes on all entering and exiting. It's known as the safest neighborhood on the island. We also have a full time security guard to be on property in the event that a guest has an emergency. It is all really overkill, but the safety and security of our guests is a main priority.
Safe and Secure
Our beach villas are close to nightly music and delicious food, seafood and otherwise. It's not far to San Pedro and there are great options right around the hotel as well. We have the perfect combination of proximity to restaurants and events as well as privacy and beachside seclusion.
