Each of our Personal Villas offers, Central Air Conditioning, Keyless Entry, In-Unit Safe, Cable TV, High Speed Internet via WiFi, Safe drinking water, large walk-in showers, Tubs (in most), Washer/Dryer Combo, Stainless Steel Appliances, Granite Countertops, Coffee Makers and Hairdryers, just to name a few. To top it all off our villas have some of the largest private outdoor verandas with outdoor seating/dining on La Isla Bonita.

Booking and Cancellation Policies

All rates are per night, in US Dollars & exclude 9% Belize hotel tax and a 10% Service Charge. (One night rate, plus tax and service charge deposit)

Additional person charge $40 US per person, per night beyond max occupancy of 4 persons for a 2 bedroom and 6 persons for a 3 bedroom. Children under the age of 5 are at no charge.

Check in time is 3PM. Check out time is 11AM

​Min 3 night stays for all rates except Holiday Season. Holiday Season (Christmas Season) 5 day minimum.

For safety purposes only registered guests are allowed to stay on property.

Lighthouse Beach Villas adheres to all Belize COVID mandates and is a GOLD STANDARD PROPERTY.

We do not offer all-inclusive packages as there is no restaurant directly on property, We are happy to provide provisioning services and provide recommendations for restaurants or food delivery. There are restaurants within close walking distance of Lighthouse Beach and many more offering food delivery.

DEPOSIT: Upon making a reservation we require a 50 % deposit. All balances are due in full 31 days before arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICIES​
REGULAR SEASON - Cancellations done before 31 days will be charged a non-refundable deposit of 15% of total stay. Remaining deposit will be refunded minus bank charges. No refunds will be made after final payment is made. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING.

PEAK/HOLIDAY (Christmas) Season will require a NON-REFUNDABLE 50% deposit with balance due 31 days before arrival. Due to the inability to fill Holiday dates last minute Peak/Holiday season cancellations under 30days before arrival will receive NO REFUND. (Recommend trip Insurance) ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING.

LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS - (under 30 days) require a non-refundable payment in full at the time of booking. NO REFUNDS. (Recommend travel insurance)

**We will offer ONE complimentary re-booking (not available during Peak/Holiday Season) if you need to change your dates for any reason, subject to rate changes and availability.​ Any additional re-bookings will be charged an additional fee per re-booking. Rate changes and availability will apply.
TRIP INSURANCE - Due to the World Wide Pandemic we STRONGLY recommend you purchase US Trip insurance with COVID coverage (not all trip insurance includes COVID writers). There are many companies (in addition to the airlines) that offer trip insurance. Please make sure to include in your research COVID-19 coverage as it relates to a positive case in your party prior to your arrival AND the medical coverage if you test positive after you have started your journey to Belize.
Lighthouse Beach Villas will not offer refunds for any of the following, - No shows, - ​Unused portions of rental, ​- Medical emergencies, - Airline delays/strikes, - Global pandemics, - Positive COVID tests, - Weather related events.
